Tully is an 8yr old, 17.3 hh registered Irish Thoroughbred gelding. We call him the Ferrari of the barn! This horse has tons of presence and stops everyone in their tracks. Will definitely get you noticed and catch the judges attention every time!! He has F.E.I./Upper level talent with the uncomplicated, composed brain for an amateur. Extremely athletic and an unbelievable mover. Has had 6 months dressage training but has shown phenomenal jumping talent. We have free jumped him up to 4'6", with room to spare! Would excel as an Event horse, jumper, hunter or equitation mount. Wonderful rhythmical canter, FANCY trot. GREAT ground manners! Good for the Vet and Farrier. Tully is currently barefoot because he has such great feet, but could be re-shod if that's what you prefer. Easy to clip, tie, cross - tie, load/trailer, pull mane, braid, lunge, deworm, turnout (alone or in company). He's such a kind soul we have turned him out with our weanlings and yearlings. Tully has been used to give lessons to more experienced kids in the dressage and over poles. He never gets quick and rides like a warmblood. A favorite in the barn! Tully is definitely a rare find, combining upper level talent, with the natural patience and work ethic for an amateur. He typifies all the positive qualities of a true Thoroughbred with his athleticism and attitude, with none of the hot headed nature. Would be an OUTSTANDING young rider's mount!
